Utilizing zen habits

When you hear the word “zen”, immediately associated with Buddhism practice of meditation in China and Japan. We often look in the origin itself rather than the content of it. Over the time, I familiarize myself with “The 10 Rules of Zen”.

Let go of comparing,

Let go of competing,

Let go of judgement,

Let go of anger,

Let go of regrets,

Let go of worrying,

Let go of blame,

Let go of guilt,

Let go of fear,

Have a proper belly laugh at least once a day

By reading the 10 rules of Zen, we realize that we have been surrounded by negativity either from ourselves and/or from others. Also, we could make a point that to reach the ultimate are quit the intensity of negativity and lots of good laughs. When you trap into negativity, you keep reciting the 10 rules of Zen. We all understand when we drawn into a black hole, we need to come back to the source of light. To put it in simplified line, we need to balance the yin yang.

Ripened juvenile

It’s a natural flow how all of us going to stages in our lives. The most crisis we face are on our adolescence stage and young adult stage. You might be agree on this quote.

We often thought we could fix our mistake and make less mistake. When we fully grown-up, we become expert of our lives. In reality check, we will trip to holes more often compare to childhood. Those holes could made us go in different ways. Rarely, will make us successful easily. More often, we could go backward and lock ourselves with it. A lot of time, we may ask ourselves why the holes never end. To those who could make through these holes, they are included in successful journey. We all know when we experience it.

Let me ask you… Who can live without food? Answer is no one. You can live without it for few days but that’s it.

if you are living being, you must have correlation and dependency with food. We could talk all day about food from food preferences until how food are formed. You could find range of food topic in the media. Yet, we are never tired of this subject. How could we not? Mainly, food is our basic need. However, we could see food differently.
